The new Amazon Kindle has only been announced a short while back and the buzz around it has been truly phenomenal, with many claiming that it is going to change the tablet industry forever. At $199 the kindle fire is the cheapest feature packed tablet available today. This Kindle fire review will look into it in more detail.
Now while it may not be the most advanced in terms of technology or features compared to its competitors, for its price point you are definitely getting a lot for you money. Its amazing, considering that it has so many features and is only priced at $199.

1. Amazon Kindle Fire Music, Movies and Books
I have to say that out of the many features on the device, this is one where I feel Amazon have really done an outstanding job. The 7 inche LCD display is beautiful and vividly clear allowing you to access and view over 100,000 movies and TV Shows, 17 Million songs, 1 Million Books and lets not forget 100′s of magazines and newspapers all available in beautiful color format. Honestly words in this Kindle Fire review can’t describe how stunning the screen is.

The device is really comfortable to hold in the hands, its not too big or too small but just perfect. This is great for watching movies and TV shows while you are on vacation and thats exactly what I did on my weekend away to Miami 
The device coming in at a sweet $199, I really wasn’t expecting Amazon to include this kind of feature. Another small benefit you may like in this Kindle fire review.
2. Ultra Fast Web Browsing with Amazon Silk
The next feature I am going to talk about in this kindle fire review and one that I really liked was the inbuilt web browser that comes with the Kindle Fire. Now at first I found this new browser (named Silk) a little strange to use but within minutes I figured out exactly how to use it and I was off! I can honestly say that the speed of browsing from one site to the next was super fast, possibly the fastest browsing experience I’ve ever had!
At first I just thought it was because I was going on sites that weren’t media rich, but having looked into it more I found out that Amazon have created an incredible backend web infrastructure which in simple terms just completely wipes out the loading times between your kindle fire device and the internet server. The result is that your web pages load a lot faster.
The great thing about the web infrastructure is that you as the user know nothing about it, its completely invisible so you can just sit back and enjoy the fast browsing speeds. Internet browsing has just become a lot more enjoyable, and possibly addictive! Even this kindle fire review loaded super fast
3. Amazon Prime
Now Amazon Prime isn’t a new service but its something that has become way more amazing because being a member I am able to stream over 11,000 movies and TV shows from Amazons database right to my beautiful Amazon Kindle Fire. The visuals are stunning and the streaming is seamless. The Kindle fire and Amazon Prime were truly made to fit together. I was really excited to write about this feature in this Kindle Fire Review.
This is one feature of the device that I just couldn’t stop using. Being an unlimited service I was able to stream one movie after another, not once did I experience any hiccups …. Amazing.
The three features that I’ve written about above for this Kindle Fire Review are I what I really consider to be the best that the device has to offer. But that doesn’t mean those are the only features that it has, lets not forget that the Kindle Fire also gives you the ability to read over 1 million books in full color, including a huge variety of magazines. This Kindle Fire Review would have been too long if I had included details on everything!
Another awesome feature of the Amazon Kindle Fire is the ability to be able to sync it with your computer without having to use any cable! I can tell you that being a person that really dislikes clutter and excess cables this was a God send! I hope my enthusiasm is clear through this kindle fire review.

Negatives:
Now while there are many great features of the device that I absolutely love there are a few things that I didn’t like and felt were worth mentioning in this kindle fire review so you could weigh up the odds evenly.
The first thing that you should note in this kindle fire review is that the Amazon Kindle Fire is Wi-Fi only and it has no option for 3G. Amazon don’t even offer it as an extra. Now this would have been truly amazing to be able to stream movies on the go. But its not such a massive deal because I tend to load it up with media before leaving the house. A small but but noteworthy disadvantage I thought I should mention in this kindle fire review
Another annoying thing that can sometimes be a bit of a headache is the fact that the the tablet is only offered with a Glossy screen. I will admit that watching movies on a glossy screen is a beautiful experience but in direct sunlight it can be rather annoying. However I’ve found that there are many screen protectors available that give your screen a Matt effect. Another worthy mention for this kindle fire review.
For $199 these negatives aren’t a deal breaker for me and I don’t think that there is a competitor on the market that can offer anything close to the Kindle Fire. I hope you’ve gained a balanced perspective with this kindle fire review.
